Emotions come and go and bring a lot of thoughts.
I often think about events while I eat, work or before I go to bed.
But I have also noticed that my emotions get stored in my body.
They impact posture, movements, and breath.
That’s why I started the habit to dancing or simply moving my shoulders every once in a while.
