I am invited to give a talk about my leadership concept in Berlin this June. Right now I am figuring out how to introduce it best … here are my first considerations.
Think of business (whether big or small) it needs leadership: people work together on a daily basis, collaborate and take decisions. But this is not always easy, right? Depending on the circumstances it can feel like survival of the fittest or a circle of friends. So much depends on the leadership style of the company.
No matter if you are your own boss or part of a bigger company – it’s worthwhile checking in with our own leadership concept. What believes and assumptions are implicitly active?
