In this workshop participants learn a path for re-discovering the blueprint and restoring a healthy and balanced climate in an organization. Together they explore the state of health in their organizations from a holistic growth perspective and develop their own perception of what is needed to achieve and maintain health and balance.
This training will help anyone, such as facilitators, managers and (team) leaders, who organize and/or conduct meetings, whether they be regular meetings, workshops or trainings. Anyone who creates and carries out participative processes, within their organization or community, will also find this training highly beneficial.
This training is also excellent for those who would like to deepen and enhance their facilitation skills, such as trainers, facilitators, consultants, leaders and managers.
This training is also useful if you want to build your experience and practice in the Genuine Contact™ approach to leadership and organizational success.
ABOUT THE TRAINERS
Three highly accomplished and experienced facilitators and trainers from Europe and the US, Thomas Herrmann (Sweden), Anna Caroline Türk (Germany) and Doris Gottlieb (US/The Netherlands), are joining forces to offer this training. They are highly dedicated to the this approach and invest much of their energy in the development of the Genuine Contact Program and have worked closely with Birgitt and Ward Williams, founders of the Genuine Contact Program, for almost two decades.
Working together, they each bring their own specific strengths, expertise and practical insights, to provide you with a rich and varied learning experience. They teach in English, German, Dutch, and Spanish.
As consultants they have assisted organizations such as Etsy, Dropbox, World Wildlife Fund, Soundcloud, in learning and applying the Genuine Contact approach to increase organizational success.
During this short 4 hour training you will:
